With this recipe you will be able to prepare delicious homemade fruit and cream tarts, pies and cookies. Italian recipe tested several times by my mom.

300g (10½ oz) self raising flour
100g (4 oz) butter, softened
80g (3 oz) caster sugar
2 eggs
Zest of 1 lemon

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl adding a little bit of milk. Gather dough into a ball and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface to make tarts, pies or cookies.
