A basic dough for tarts made with the same ingredients of pizza. It is also ideal for softy tarts.

150g (5 oz) strong flour
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 glass of water
1 tsp fast action dry yeast
1. Mix all ingredients well together in a large bowl until the dough is soft and elastic. Cover with a clean kitchen cloth and leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to make the layer for your mould. Line your tart dish and remove excess dough with a sharp knife.
