50g (2 oz) caster sugar
50g (2 oz) butter, softened
1. Beat the eggs with sugar in large bowl until they are soft and creamy.
2. Add butter and sifted flour. Mix well together until the dough is soft and elastic.
3. Leave in the fridge covered with cling film for 1 hour before using.
