A super thin pizza without any type of raising agent (yeast or baking powder). Perfect for preparing an appetizer in a short time to serve immediately.

250g plain flour
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
90ml very hot water
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, make a dough and divide into two parts.
2. Roll out each part with a rolling pin to a very thin layer of dough (4-5mm). Garnish with your choice of topping.
3. Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes at 190C. Serve immediately sliced.
