A quick and easy cake with dark chocolate, yoghurt and walnuts.

200g (7 oz) self raising flour
50g (2 oz) self raising wholemeal flour
100g (4 oz) caster sugar
40g (1½ oz) olive oil
1 pot of natural yoghurt (125g - 4½ oz)
50g (2 oz) dark chocolate
3 tbsp milk
4 tbsp chopped walnuts
1. Melt the chocolate with the milk over low heat stirring constantly.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar and yogurt. Add the oil and the two flours. Mix well.
3. Pour the melted chocolate and walnuts. Mix all ingredients well together.
4. Butter a cake mould, 26cm (10½in), pour the mixture and cook in preheated oven at 175C/325F/Gas3 for 35 minutes.
